One time kept trying to equip and use Dragonbane sword from my quick item select and was baffled at why I was fighting the dragon with my fists. As a khajiit was wasn't difficult due to claw damage. Only after the battle realized I was madly selecting Dragonrend and not dragonbane.

Quite often I'll take my helmet off, lowering my armor rating from 750 to maybe 450, and then wonder why I get creamed so catastrophically next fight I get into.

What in the world were you fighting where 450 armor wasnt enough? All I wear is ancient nord, which is 280 at legendary, and thats perfecty fine on master.

Fought a Frost dragon wearing smithing cloths with my 2h warrior and a Iron sword that wasn't yet improved. Taught me the lesson of even on the Dragonborns day off he should still at least have his armor and good sword.
