Just waded into some fisticuffs part way through the DB quest line and realised was still wearing a chefs hat.

Anybody else been caught wearing inappropriate kit ?

took on a dragon wearing only a tavern skirt and welding a fork... Not sure who was more entertained. me or the dragon.

I won and went back to finishing my dinner. damned but if a dragon gets in the way of my home cooked meal from Lydia and that bottle of mead.

One time kept trying to equip and use Dragonbane sword from my quick item select and was baffled at why I was fighting the dragon with my fists. As a khajiit was wasn't difficult due to claw damage. Only after the battle realized I was madly selecting Dragonrend and not dragonbane.

Quite often I'll take my helmet off, lowering my armor rating from 750 to maybe 450, and then wonder why I get creamed so catastrophically next fight I get into.

What in the world were you fighting where 450 armor wasnt enough? All I wear is ancient nord, which is 280 at legendary, and thats perfecty fine on master.

Fought a Frost dragon wearing smithing cloths with my 2h warrior and a Iron sword that wasn't yet improved. Taught me the lesson of even on the Dragonborns day off he should still at least have his armor and good sword. :mage:
