Well.. I've noticed.. as you get higher level.. bugs.. show up EVERYWHERE.. I just hit 67 and my loading time went from ten seconds to rather.. two minutes long, just to go in and out of a house.
Hopefully this.. is getting fixed? Or just.. user error.. IE age of X-box?
