I bought the game last night, waited in line for about 6 hours, only to come home and find out the computer i bought specifically for skyrim won't play. I have

I7 2600k 4.4oc'd
8gig ddr3 ram
nvida GTX 560. (the card they recommended for max performance)
1tb 7200hd,
The game starts with extreme lag, averaging 30 FPS while standing still, and dropping to 8fps when i move. I have tried all graphic settings, It recommend I use Ultra, so I did, Dropped to Low due to lag, and I still have the exact same frame rate and lag. I can play bf3 and crysis2 on max settings at 65FPS, 45 fps is lowest ive seen on them.

Anyone know of a way to fix it? I've tried with the Vsync and AntiAl off and on, tried many .ini tweaks and still no fixes.. this is pathetic, BF3 graphics blow skyrim away, with much more action, however skyrim can't even average 20fps when walking...this is pathetic.

I don't think you mean lag which is due to connection with online games, I believe you in fact mean framerate slowdown.
I'm using 8GB RAM too.
