I seem to be the only one having this. Yes, before you ask, my copy is a legit one from steam, bought it 2 days ago. Anyhow. The sound outdoors is fine, however, when I enter any indoor area, like a cave or an inn, a house, or anything else, I start having a lot of background noise, like a TV with bad signal, and also, when I talk to NPCs (indoors), they start occasionally talking a bit robotic, and I can't understand anything. All of it happens indoor. I've tried upgrading my audio drivers, trying to upgrade my video drivers now. Hoping it would help. If anyone else has a suggestion, please, try to help me.
