Pre-patch, this never happened to me. What would occur would be like Dragon Age, after an hour or two of playing, even with the game installed, it would slow down for loading screens till it took over a minute.

This is the second time, the first having forced me to delete my save and reload to a somewhat earlier one. The game is perpetually stuck on the loading screen when I try to enter the Strip.

Edit: I fixed it by doing some things and reversing a save, without having to tamper or delete my save either. I can't delete this topic though.
