Input Lag when moving in 3rd Person?

I bought a new TV. Then I brought it back and got another one. Then I brought that back and got another one. That last one I'm testing right now, and I thought I had the dreaded Flatscreen Input Lag, but it seems to be different in different games, and I would assume that input lag is pretty constant, right?

What makes me wonder and ask here, is that now with this new TV, I notice a slight Input Lag in 3rd Person movement. I move the stick - blink - and then my character moves. I can look around no problem, but when I move there's a delay. It's noticeable, especially since it's completely absent when switching to 1st Person. Jumping is not affected, it seems.
Does that happen to anyone else?

I could've sworn that didn't happen with my old TV, but that one actually is broken so I can't test it. The only reason I could think of for this would be that I now play on 1080p instead of 720p, since that is my new TV's native resolution and the Xbox might have to upscale the 720p Skyrim Input. Following that thought, I would think that the switch from first to third person introduces some more things to be seen, which taxes the Xbox to produce that delay. This comes from tests with other games, that also seem to experience a "slow-down" or a slight delay in actions (but of course nothing consistent) when there's a lot going on on the screen.

Now, I did all I can on the TV to minimize the display lag, there's just nothing more to switch off or change. Spent hours online looking for solutions. So, if someone here know about input or display lag, especially if input lag is constant (as in it will affect moving and turning and shooting the same way every time) I'd be grateful to know. But above all, I'd like to know if anyone else has that slight delay when moving in 3rd Person and what resolution and connection (HDMI/Component) they're on.

Thanks.
