Okay funny little Bug. I was sneaking around with two spells equipped. Muffle is my L D-pad hotkey, and Firebolt is my R D-pad Hotkey. While sneaking if you press L Dpad then R Dpad repeatedly to switch up spells, your character will move extremely fast while sneaking (Figured out on PS3)

Oooooo, I wonder if it works while encumbered.

I haven't tested that yet. I'm currently in the Wolf Queen Awakened so I'll test and post if no one beats me to it.

Over Encumbered while sneaking, and switching spells up makes you move a little bit faster. You still move faster when sneaking with a drawn bow. Doesn't really do much while walking and over encumbered
