I was trying to find the path that leads up to High Hrothgar. I was looking at my phone and I look up and see a ghostly figure on horseback run past me. I run after him, and after like 20 minutes of chasing him on foot I finally see his name. It was the headless horseman! Anyone else found this guy? I tried talking to him but he wouldn't say anything..probably because he couldn't.

I was travelling the road heading towards Solitude from Markath at night, and was just passing Karthwasten, when I saw the Headless Horseman chasing his horse, which was a good 100 foot in front.

Yup, found him too. Tried to attack him with everything I had, nothing happened.
