Interesting find... Serana + Follower : V

I have been a victim of the Seranaglitch where once you have her you cannot have her wait or dismiss her without rendering her unusable again.

On a lark, I tried getting one of the Companion quests from Farkas where he becomes your follower - kill a dragon... I was successful in having him give me the quest, and I was expecting to have Serana dismissed - but no.... I wound up leaving both for the quest and when it was over, Serana was still with me.

So.... I went. Back to Jorrvaskr and asked Aela, my old faithful, and lo and behold.... I now have two followers. We'll now see if they can peacefully coexist. (Serana killed Bran after some battle where he may have nipped her or whatever....) I expect trouble....

Aela and serana? my 2 favorite women of skyrim together? i really hope i am able to do this

1 werewolf 1 vampire, the claws will come out. Be careful though I think after the companions questline Aela is killable.

Mine as well, I was so bummed when I found I couldn't dismiss Serana without permanently losing her.... If you can' make Serana wait and get her to follow you, or dismiss her and find she only will ignore you, this may work. I guess the underpinning code doesn't recognize her correctly.

LOL - yeah - but 2 weres - include my char as well.

I alluded to the expected trouble. I don't really see this lasting very long. With the tendency for Serana to use ranged destruction, it is inevitable that Aela will take a hit and retaliate, there goes a cat fight with only one outcome - a Dead Aela. Though - I haven't been able to get the Totems of Hercine from her due to her being glitched, so that may make her essential as welll. If that is the case, I guess I could be watching a never ending battle!

For now, I'll be saving before every battle!

lol, that sounds awesome. I would love to be able to have more followers. It would make dungeon runs more interesting, especially if they ramped up the number of enemies based on how many followers you had. Think of the all out WAR!
