dont know if this was asked or if anyone notice but....
well in the start of the game we are in a carriage and all of the Stormcloaks more important people are there, mostly probably bellow Galmar
So why isnt Galmar there since ,well, he is the right hand of Ulfric and all. He is probably taking care of the Hold but it doesnt really fits in my mind though, why not that guy thats in the room too with the jarls(dont remember the name) they are suppose to take care of that right? so why not him? it was probably just for a few days that Ulfric was away so he could take care of that right? or maybe Galmar Escaped and left Ulfric behind( although i doubt it since Galmar is really protector of Ulfric )
i think its just Interesting
