I have problem with this achivment.My character have speech lvl 59 and when i drink a potion 99 and i still cant intimidate anyone.Maybe you know some easy to intimidate persons?

Hi all,

Not exactly the same problem, but also related to Snake tongue Steam achievement. I'm sure I've successfuly persuaded and intimidated NPC, but when I bribed I've not received that achievement. Does bribing a guard when he appears to arrest you not count toward this achievement or this need to be use in some other specific way (bigger amount of gold maybe)?

There is a necklace you can get that makes it almost always work
