I have the same problem. I cannot login with this account, I tried to create a new account in game, and it lets me accept the agreement, but the next time I restart the game, it will tell me the "new" login is wrong too.

The "new" login was never created and it allows me to create it and accept the agreement again (with the same email, nickname).

I have the promo codes, but I haven't bothered to register them to any account.

I can't login with my gamesas account either. I can login with the dummy account I created for the Multiplayer demo. I was kinda hoping all this bs would be fixed up by the actual game release. This is the exact same problem the demo had.

I am hesitant to use an account other than this one as I don't want my LE perks to associate with an account I don't plan on or wish to use. I have attempted to contact support but have heard nothing. Keep trying good people, squeaky wheel gets the grease. I'll post any info I hear from them should that occur.

I realize major game launches have issues but was nothing learned from the demo? I really need to learn to expect less of people. Please forgive my fruitless complaining but this limbo is fubar. Has anyone been told anything at all by support staff?

Same problem here. Guy from gamestop sells me this "Limited Edition" because it comes with all these nifty stuff, and I loved the multiplayer For the first Crysis. Now I get smacked in the face with this bull ****. Clearly my Log-in works because I am posting, yet I get denied by the game itself.

I can see we are all very enraged by this issue. Another thing to point out, I am NOT going to make another account as my desired username is this current one, and I am NOT going to make another account and use all my LE keys and CD keys as if somehow they manage to fix this issue, Im gonna lose all my CD keys. This is excruciatingly painful to watch a good game get farked up. We deserve better. We deserve the rights for paying for this game. I dont want to make this look bad, but this feels as though I pirated the game, Only playable singleplayer. No multi. Thats how a pirated game works. So EA and Crytek, Please give us an answer, not the one where you say " We will look into this matter as it is a temporary issue." EA, Crytek, You guys know that plenty of people have already asked what has been happening. A better answer such as a reason or explanation of whats going on would be very much appreciated rather than just saying we will look into it, its already the second day and plenty of us have already completed the single player. Please heed our cries.

*EDIT* And just to add, I have called my countries local EA publisher, They will be sending me or calling me to inform me about what crytek would be doing. As from what I know, the customer serviceman told me that since they are EA themselves, they can directly contact the Crytek team. Another I know is that the customer serviceman told me that Crytek is already doing some emergency patching etc and it will be released someday. But this someday better come soon. I will be posting more infomation on whether Crytek would be doing anything about it as soon as possible as I know we all just wanna have a good time playing this game. Hi, Sorry for editing this message a second time in less than 30 mins, But I just received a call from my local EA branch in where i live. What I have received is word from the Crytek team to the EA team then to me. From what Ive heard, Crytek told the EA branch that contacted me that all those people who digitally downloaded the game dont really face this issue, but those who bought it in the hard physical copy (DISC form) will face this problem. I have no idea about that as I bought it in physical form, not digitally. And the the I dreaded the most was said upon me on the phone, I was told that Crytek DOES NOT HAVE A DEADLINE on when they will release the patch to fix this issue, so if I were you people who are on the same boat as me, just svck it up, play the SP, keep yourself occupied, as they is NO deadline YET. But rest assured I was told Crytek IS WORKING ON IT. Complaining and crying and sending them mails isnt gonna make them make things do faster. Just let them fix the matter and we will be able to play in a couple of days. I hope.

I was finally able to get a reply e-mail from the reset password and I reset my password as well as made sure that both my gamespy and ign accounts had the same username and password, once I had all 3 of those and was able to login to this site I was finally able to login in the game. I left the web browser open with my account logged in while logging into the game incase that made a difference. I am now having the "this product code is in use" problem since I used my promo code but it is a start. I hope this can help some people.

I've been having trouble logging into my gamesas.com account, too. What's bizarre is that sometimes I gotta use my e-mail address and sometimes I gotta use my account name (is that different from the "nickname"?) to do it. My dad is having the same problem. Although, I have two game profiles since I'm playing both the Xbox 360 and the PC version (which I got off EA Download Manager) so I don't know if that could potentially cause some sort of account registration discrepancy.

Adding insult to injury, my browser did something kinda funky when I was trying to setup my gamesas.com account and my account name ended up being entered with all lowercase letters instead of what I wanted: MechaG2. I'm so friggin' pissed that happened. Is there any way to change my account name so I can fix the letter casing?

Also, does anyone know why there is a Nickname entry field that shows up in the Edit Profile section every now and then? I tried using that to see if I can correct the stupid casing issue with my account name, but it gave me a "This username is already taken" message. Well, duh! IT'S MINE AND I'M THE ONE USING IT! Does that mean your account nickname is not the same as your account name? This whole situation is driving me crazy... *sigh*

Same here. I'm having problems logging into gamesas.com (mainly when trying to use my e-mail address now), and I still cannot redeem the LE bonus items!

At my Login screen it says that there is an incorrect nickname (iCrysis2Patrick).... Why does my nickname work on gamesas.com ? I also already have activate my limited edition code on this account ;(

Hey, having same problem logging in, in GAme feel cheated, but SP is insane! some of u guys sayn u cant redeem that LE code well its case sensetive and u gotta put in the "-" things hyfens... hope this helps

i created an account, played the game, was pretty fun, but then i created an account for the gamesas and couldent use it to log in with playing the game, and i cant get into MP. UGH!
i tryed to send a msg to crytek but the button isnt working >:[

I have the same issue as the OP. This was the case during Demo, which they said they had fixed for release... But they, once again have failed... Starting to regret pre-purchased games. Except form DICE

Same problem as everyone else. The game directs the user to this site, implying that you can use the gamesas account in the game. Obviously they screwed up royally because you bloody can't.

Steam purchase. Severely annoyed.
