I really miss having an image of my toon. I have forgotten how many times I have suddenly realised I have been playing without my boots on or braces or something. It's not easy to see if you are equipped with the best gear in your inventory when it’s just in a list.

I agree. I don't know whose idea that was, but I'm not a fan.

I agree that I miss being able to see my character in my menu screens. I disagree with him referred to as a Toon though.

That's clearly a mistake...

Hope this will be fixed either by the community (for PC players) or by Beth in a patch...

Easiest way I've found so I don't go wandering without equipment is to scroll my apparel and keep and eye on the numbers in the lower left. If any of them come up green it's either a shield (I'm primarily two handed weaponry) or something I missed. Although a picture of our guy would be good, perhaps even showing our status effects? For the life of me I can't find out where to see if that Skeever that bit me infected me with something or not. Thought I found it once, now I can't lol

You need to go in your Magic tab and check for status spell.

I can live without seeing the paper doll image of my character with my gear on, even if its a very, very strange design decision to leave this out.

What I wish we would have is a summary character sheet we can pull up, so at a glance I can see any kind of buffs/diseases/poisons affecting me, the levels all of my skills are at, etc. I find it a major pain in the [censored] to carousel around the constellations to see what level specific skills are at. I'm sure this could easily be modded into the UI, however, which is one of the big reasons I'm playing this on the PC.
