Ok so i go to the bards college, and i tell the elf dude that i want to apply to the college. He then talks about King's Olaf Verse but then he never mentions to get it in Dead's Man Respite. So in other words, this quest of investigate the bard's college will not end, even after i talked to him, and neither will the next quest, "Tending the Flames" start. Since he never says where i have to go.

How can i fix this? Am i doing something wrong?
