Invincible Unhittleable Enemies Boethiah Cultist(SPOILER?) : V

So I have to sacrifice someone at an alter which is no problem, except for the fact that there is a Boethiah cultist that can not be hit by anything. She is invincible can not get close to the alter to tell my follower to touch the big rod.

The cultist can't be hit, by me, horse, assassins ghost, or companions. I can block the attacks but can't retaliate.

Anyone have an issue with this? How do you fix it?

Have loaded several times and still nothing.
