i was given an Ipad yesterday and I just want to know if i can drag pictures from web browser like, Bing images, from my computer and onto my Ipad that is plugged into it now. or do i have to download them on?

Knowing Apple, you'll probably need iTunes and your first born to import pictures from your computer. If you don't have a MAC it's probably; iTunes, your first born, your girlfriend and your soul in blood.
