Some minor spoilers so don't continue reading if you didn't understand what I was talking about in the topic.








So I need to isolate the virus in the BoS bunker but I'm having some trouble. Basically I've checked three terminals and made a partition on them. Now when I ask the scribe to tell me when the virus jumps I can't find it. I'm quite sure I managed to check 90% of the terminals in the room before the timer ran out but I didn't find anything.

This quest seems bugged. I found and partitioned all 3 terminals in a single run and he's still acting like I haven't found them all. I'm just going to use this command 3 times in the console and see if that fixes it (reloading from before trying the quest.

set VDialogueHiddenValley.NumberLockedDown to VDialogueHiddenValley.NumberLockedDown + 1

I had what seemed to be a bug as well, but with the opposite effect. Instead of requiring me to do three isolations, I ended up with two and he said "got it." Happened on my first try. I thought it to be a little odd.

Is there a console command I can use to reset the scribe or somehow get access to the computers?

Get your science to 70 through some combination of skill points, gear and magazines so you can partition the virus, I only found two terminals and it was a success.
