Issue after 1.7 update PS3 : V

So perhaps someone will respond on here as no reply on Twitter.
Since updating my PS3 to 1.7, my level 43 characters archery damage points have been roughly halved as if the archery perks (1st in perk tree, 1-5, 100% more damage) I have added prior to the update are not being accounted for, can someone please acknowledged?
Not sure if its just this perk tree affected. I’ve noticed due to my character having 94 archery skill (the main focal point of the character) legendary glass bow & ebony arrows going from close to 300 damage points back down to less than 200.
Need a fix asap.
