The Crash to desktop error with no error message, warning or hiccups whatsoever.

Well I started to notice CTD when I plugged on my USB Headset. It happens sometimes every 30 mins or maybe few hours, or when you fast travel to certain locations.

HOWEVER...

It does not occur when I play on my speakers. I've played for several hours, fast traveled to certain locations and yet to encounter any fatal crash. So I believe the CTD issue is connected to sound issues.

But that's my theory... Hope Bethesda and people can find this information useful!
