I’m having issues loading the game. (I have a windows 7 64 bit box)
I have spent 5 hours trying to load this programme onto my PC, it started out by saying that the game was not ready and it was trying to download the game. I found a link on a forum that said to delete the programme and reload it from the disk. Now I get the message that the servers are busy and the install stops.
Has anyone found a way to install the game from the disk and not installing from the internet? Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere in the forum, but due to all the other issues that I have yet to look forward to the answer is difficult find.

I still get an issue, I get the message "The steam servers are currently too busy to handle your request", so hopfully that is is fixed and the steam servers are just being hammered with those one or two users who are having issues with Rage

Yippee I have finally got the game loading!!

I ran the “Steaminstall_English.msi” from the resources folder on disk 1 and selected repair. I then closed steam and then followed the instructions as per the link that lollie posted.
