Having hacked my way through to the chamber with the ghost and Svaknir's skeleton, King Olaf's Verse is nowhere to be found. Not between the corpse's hand. Not in its inventory.

Appears to be a problem reported elsewhere but none of the suggested solutions work.

Does anyone know the item code for King Olaf's Verse so I can add it to my inventory using the console? I've trawled through the console codes list but there is no listing for this.

I'll be waiting in the chamber until someone helps. No way out otherwise. Thankfully I have some vegetable soup to while my time away. Oh, and Lydia, but she doesn't know any songs.

If you ever need object IDs and referance IDs, look up UESP.net. Alternatively, if you know at least a part of the item name, type:

help *object's name* 4, and use quotation marks around the name if you're using the full name .

I remember this quest where there is a blue glowing door that needs to be opened by the ghost you see around. I can't remember if the book was beside the corpse or you got it after yuo finished the dungeon past this blue door.
