In the Windhelm markets, I come across the dark elfs stall and find the pile of meat sitting below his stall (In the large bin below his "table") offset infront of his stall by a few feet, unable to be moved around.
Then I discover the high elfs stall (The one that sells weapons) with the display weapons being offset from the weapon racks.
I've tried to reset the cell for Windhelm, but I can't find ANYWHERE the proper code for the outdoor area of Windhelm, I already tried "resetinterior WindhelmOrigin" and the refID(which after a few minutes failed to show up when I typed help "WindhelmOrigin".

I currently have Dawnguard and the High Res texture pack. Other than leveling up a few times to level 73, I haven't downloaded any mods in about a week.
