Its Clear that bethesda is used to the PC community fixing t

Ive just been thinking of the past Bethesda games ive played, Morrowwind, oblvion, fallout, now this and the truth just dawned on to me, i hate the vanilla versions of all these games. I only play them as long as i did because of massive community modding. Bethesda is nowhere near as good as bioware but their track record is starting to add up, and skyrim being a little bit of a disappointment not because it is a bad game but entirely because it is not designed to be played on a pc, it is clear that bethesda has become far to used to the community being super dedicated to cleaning up their mess.

I have no doubt that within a month or so there will be some super awesome community patch pack that will fix this cluster... of a game, but it is just disgusting that we have to rely on the community as much as we do to bring the game up to the standards it should've had at launch, instead of what the community should be used for, which is bringing a great game to its full potential.

Meh, Bioware is way worse and thier games play like crap. But you're spot on about vanilla TES games. Its the mods that make them special.

Ive never used a player mod for any bioware game. Ive never felt the need to, the only bioware game ive ever hated was dragonage 2, and i chop that up to them devoting their time to making swtor. But every bethesda game to date, i have not played seriously until ive modded the hell out of it. It seems to be a pattern for bethesda.

You're overreacting, the game's fine, and yes, it has bugs, but it's a huge game, what did you expect? most of the issues won't be noticed until the game releases and everyone start using it with very different specs/ using items in a special way, getting to places hard to arrive, etc... Take it or leave it.

I think a lot of you need to stop [censored]ing about how this game has bugs and is [censored] as vanilla, if you don't like TES vanilla then don't play it, buy it in 12 months time when there are 102938139468194 mods for it, I personally love TES vanilla and don't like mods though.
