Loaded up skyrim/add-ons and then marketplace. Its out in the US where I am.

Tried on xbl market n couldn't find. Fired up game then add ons n y to marketplace. Voila it's there downloading as we speak. Hope this helps.

Load up skyrim then go to add-ons, then go to the marketplace from there by pressing Y

Try going through the game itself. It's not properly on the market place here in the UK, but you can access it via the xbox market place via the game itself.
