So far there not a glitch to report with my heavy 15mb save file , Game performance are good and soft. Starter haljlrchen Manor in Pale. Got main hall done with one out of the three wing done. This house will only be used for loot and trophy. Try to end it fast and do Lakeview manor as it says to be buggy or annoying for dragon attack and/or bandit raid party.nso wait for tommorow to here from a save that never know problem or lag (unless The consol run for more than 5h of usage , we're 3 to play on it )

For the new players from what I've seen you have to be around level 10. The same level for Dawnguard to start...

Lvl 7 or 9 to start it. Just read the starting hearthfire post to know which hold have a property and condition to fulfill to start the build of one or more HF house.
