So i'm on the quest lights out and i've put out the fire at the lighthouse, but when i return to jaree-ra, he just keeps attacking me, the cnut?
Any ideas how to stop this total utter weirdo and finish the quest?

Your not suppose to go back to him right away. Your suppose to go to the ship first and go to the very bottom of the ship. I'd say more but don't know how to put the spoiler tags in here. Just read the note in the game after your finished talking to the person at the bottom of the ship.

Actually when I did that quest it said to go see Jaa-Re and then he told me to go to the ship.

if it is glitchy then try an earlier save.
