Jeweled Pitcher bugged? (TG additional job rewards)

Post » Tue Jun 05, 2012 7:14 pm

I was running through some more additional jobs from Delvin and Vex today working my way toward the 125 mark and getting the safe when I noticed I'm missing a trophy. I supposed to need to complete 75 jobs in order to get it to appear yet I'm at 81 jobs complete and the jeweled pitcher hasn't appeared at all. The other ones are there except for this one. I even went so far as to accept more jobs until I finally got one where I specifically had to steal a jeweled pitcher thinking maybe I just hadn't stolen one yet, but that didn't work.

I looked at the wiki and it gave a console command to make the pitcher appear of it bugged out during the quest to get it (burglary job) but I didn't see one that makes it appear on the shelf behind Mercer.

Anyone else run into this or found a workaround to make it appear?

Thanks.

Just now I ran into this: I got a Small Job to to burgle a Jeweled Goblet from the Markarth Treasury House. The problem is the item in the Treasury House is a Jeweled Pitcher and I can't take it. I get the pop-up message to take it when I hover the cross hairs, but I can't grab it. I'm going to quit the job and hope I can continue. :P

To see how many jobs the game thinks you've done, use "getglobalvalue TGRMasterTotal". The end of each job-specific quest increments this value and then invokes a central quest script to check it and enable trophies.

The trophies are handled by an invisible quest "TGREnableHandler". Stage 60 should trigger at 55 jobs done, and enable the pitcher. Stage 70 should trigger at 75 jobs done, and enable the flagon. (I believe that UESP's list has these backwards). I have not tested attempting to manually set quest stages in this quest.

I do know that you can hand-enable the reward objects:
E8EFF Candlestick
E8F00 Horn
E8F01 Flagon
E8F02 Goblet
E8F03 Urn
E8F04 Pitcher
E8F05 Ship
103398 Safe

I was under the impression those item IDs were for the quest specific items? Sometimes on a Burglary job the item won't appear like it's suppsed to so you can input these IDs to get it to appear.

I know that you can enable the trophies in the way I described, using those ID numbers. I see the claim that you can use the same IDs to fix a missing Burglary target, but I don't know if that is true. As far as I can tell, these objects are never moved off of their shelf, a different instance is (supposed to be) created inside the victim's house.

Cool,

In that case thanks for the codes I'll be sure to give them a try when I'm in game again.
