That little f*** is west of the entrance to the Boneyard, in a maze-like building. When you get to the top of the building check the other side of the chest and it will be there.

Number 1 if you still can't find it, is right at the entrance, when you first enter the soul cairn, you'll find it at the stone gap that seperates the two areas. I don't know if that makes any sense.

Still can't find page five, went west of the castle, not small places with orbs, big places tho, where I picked up pages before.
