Joining the Alik'r

Just wondering if there was anymore quests that involve the Alik'r besides that one with finding the girl. Can you join them, that would be cool for my Redguard

Alik'r is really a place rather than a faction. But probably you'll have to wait for TES: Hammerfell.

Which better not come out for a long time. 2 TES games were enough for Hammerfell until they cover the rest of the world.
