No, there are sadly no male Altmer available to marry. It really bugs me because I wanted to marry a Thalmor (either Ondolemar or Ancano). And even the console codes to force marriage didn't work on them. There are also no Bosmer to marry either, but I used a console command to marry Malborn.

Unfortunately Taarie is the only one. You could always add someone else to the marriage faction via console if you are playing on PC.

Actually someone made a mod to make Ancano marriable. But when I tried the mod, he killed everyone at the temple of Mara and left without marrying my character. Worst wedding day ever

New quest: "Kill Ancano".

Yeah, but seriously, I and my high elf mage character are annoyed that all the Altmer guys in the game only seem interested in two things: Their research/studies, or hunting down Talos worshippers.

Even tried walking up to Ondolemar with an Amulet of Talos on in full view to see if I could get him to do something other than that constant pacing in front of the Jarl's throne room.. But no, just another "You are in the presence of a member of the Thalmor. Bask in it!"...Sigh... What's a girl got to do to get a "private interrogation" around here anyway?

I hope some eligable Altmer men show up in an expansion or DLC sometime.

But, just a warning- It changes his sophisticated voice to sound like a stupid Nord. The modder should've used Savos Aren's voice, which would've been similar to Ancano's, and does have marriage dialog. I wish I knew how to mod. I'd make all sorts of interesting mods of the Thalmor.
