Hey guys,

So, I just received a beta invite for this upcoming weekend and I wanted to be crystal clear about the NDA and where that stands. I struggled through reading the legalese, but I'm not fluent so I hoped someone here could give me the straight poop.

Am I or am I not allowed to stream and make videos over the weekend?

This thread - http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1455359-beta-videos/ - makes it clear that it's not allowed. But seeing as that's from April I wanted to make sure that was still in effect. Being new here, I don't know how quickly things are updated (or not).

You are not allowed to tell ANYTHINK about the beta except that you got an invite. You are not even allowed to tell the name of classes but we already know that

Thanks for clearing that up. I just didn't want to get myself into any trouble so I figured it was worth double checking.

You are not allowed to make videos or take screenshots and show them off to anyone. NDA meand NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT, which means you agree not to disclose anything you see.

It's really simple.

First rule of beta club.......

You are not allowed to release screen captures or streaming content of your playtime, big no no for pretty much any gaming beta NDA.

No doubt. But just having an NDA doesn't mean that everything is automatically verboten. For instance, I was in a beta recently where we were allowed to stream under the NDA but not take screenshots. Games do weird things with their NDA.

Apart from saying you are in the Beta you are not allowed to discuss, post, make videos, or anything else.
