I am playing on the xbox 360.
All of the following are experienced from about 20-25 hours of gameplay.
1. Sometimes my hands and weapons will be about 3/4 the way up the screen after ADS or reloading (goes away after 1second or 2)
2. Rad Scorpions will sometimes "fall" into the ground textures. Only enemy encountered to do so so far.
3. Deputy Beagle was found in the Vince and such(cant rem. other name) after rescue with his head through the ceiling and walking in place. Was still able to interact however.
*4. Fairly Major, Installed ext. mags on my DLC weathered 10mm pistol an i assume there is no texture or render of this DLC custom weapon because when i equipe it a huge red exclamation mark surrounds my character.(with no weapon visible)
5. Character will sometimes lunge forward about 3-5feet randomly usually when looting i believe (not like an attack more of a scoot), cant determine exact cause, this is a fairly rare occurance however around 3 times maybe in 20hours.
6. I guess its not really a bug just kind of strange but my male character has very female sounding grunts on occasion.
*7. Also Fairly Major, weapon will sometimes neither fire nor ADS after reloading for around 5seconds. This is fairly common happening roughly 30 times in 20 hours. Is also very frustrating when in a firefight...

Just want to say even with these (i am assuming) glitches and bugs i am very much enjoying this game thanks black isles and bethesda and/or anyone else who helped.
