You can try turning the volume up - buuut I have a slight feeling you already tried that.

Or you can turn on "Loudness Equalization" in Control Panel - Sound - Speakers - Properties - Enhancements - Scroll down and tick Loudness Equalization. That one did the trick for me.

I mean if I put the volume to like 100
I can hear it
but that would be to loud for other games & the tv
so I'm wondering is there any other volume ajuster?
the ones in the option menu is maxed but like I can barley hear anything in my usual standerd volume for everything

Just like TV, different forms of media on a computer have different base volume levels. Not every video on the web has the same base level. The same is true for games. Some games are softer than others. It also varies from person to person and the speakers and other factors. If it works at some level, there's no problem. Just play at that level and switch back to the other level when you're done with a session. I fail to see the issue here.

If it's just low volume, don't worry about it. It's not a big deal, to be honest.
