Just ordered the retail version... having second thoughts.

Is this exactly the same as the Steam version? Its just, the retail one i just ordered was £15 cheaper but it is a DVD. But a few things are worrying me...

1. So when I register it with steam will it be like i bought it from steam?

2. Will i be be able to download it from steam or do i have to use the disk?

3. What will the DRM be like? How many computers can i install it on? Is there any kind of limit?

:thanks:

It's the same exact thing, except you'll get a nice paper map inside and an instruction booklet. You'll still activate the game through Steam and all that. It's fine.

Yes. I suggest installing from the disk, it's a lot faster.

It will download to your PC. It will other wise be just like a steam version using steam to do a DRM check. You can install it on as many pcs as you like but only to one steam account. After initial installation the disc is not required anymore.
