I can`t understand how a game like this can be released It`s a joke, i can`t progress due to freezing i`m playing on the 360 by the way. Other friends can`t progress either. The customer stinks, i`ve tried to contact you via facebook,twitter, and the forums,. But no reply, devs shoudln`t be able to realse this game like this. More & more people are finding it unplayable. This needs patching soon, it`s been 3 weeks now since the bug has been known about yet no word about a patch. I`ll give this game another 2 weeks then i`ll trade it in, but before i do that i`d be sure to tell all my friends how unplayable this game is. Absolute joke you charge ￡40 for this game in this state. FIX it please soon/.

The game you're describing here is "Borderlands 2".

Are you sure you've got the right Forum?

In fact many affected "Borderlands 2" players are talking of trading it in for "Dishonored".

You should not be getting freezes.

We'll try and help if we can.

Please let us know the following:

- How old is your XBox

- What is the HD Size of your XBox

- Is "Dishonored" saved to your HD

- Where is the game freezing (at what points - at save points, at the main menu)

- Have you tried to manage your saves (did you delete any extras etc...)

- What steps have you taken to try and resolve this (eg cleared cache? recovered profile? wiped and restarted?)

Let us know and we'll let you know and we'll do all we can to suggest fixes.

The internet and society conditions us for fast replies and getting our way straight away. There are tech support forums and you can contact the Developer (which is Arkane Studios, not Bethesda, the publisher) but they will take a bit of time to get back to you.

Give us the info we need and you'll find that "Bethesda Community Service" is probably the best you'll ever find as I discovered once upon a time in 2004 when I came here looking for a little Dwemer Cog.

Your the only person I've seen or heard having such troubles. DOn't know what to tell you. You either got really unlucky and got a broken copy or there is something wrong with your 360.

Nope i`m talking about Dishonored. Nothing wrong with mty 360 at all, i`ve had the game swapped over to be on the safe side. A friend of mine too is having the same issue, just can`t progress. I reload an older save, same thing happend. I started a new game & then the same thing happend again. I know i`m not the only one, i`ve heard quite a few people having the exact same problem.

I`ve cleared my cache sevral times, installed & uninstalled to the HDD. Nothing seems to work. My HDD is 320gb, i don`t use cloud either. My xbox is just over 12 months old, and it works like a champion. I do know i`m not the only one, as i googled my problem. Seems quite a few are having the exact same problem. It`s quite annoying as i was really enjoying the game.

Wether a patch is coming anytime soon. I posted in the sub forums issues/bugs. But know staff have replied since october 14th.

Just to add i`ts the sidequest for slackjaw, where you have to go into DR Galvini`s office. ( Sorry if spelt incorrect not sure how you spell it ) When i exit the building to go back to slackjaw my game just freeze`s up! I really do hope they fix this soon.

Your not the only one. Numerous people have posted on this site about the same exact problem in the same exact location. I thought it was mostly just us sorry ps3 users who seem to be getting screwed over routinely by Bethesda products but apparently it's Xbox as well. And it is extremely poor customer service so don't apologize for being upset. The bottom line is we are paying for a product that we expect to work properly and that is not happening. The kicker is we have no update on whether anything is being done. That's what is so incredibly frustrating and overall just poor customer service.

Eh I only had one glitch like freeze on my PS3 - reason was that the PS3 was vertical and the disc was off-kilter. Laying it down solved it permanently for me.

I confirm this game has serious bugs , just read all forums , PS3, XBOX and PC you'll see that lots of peopols have sames problems since weeks and no rupdates from the customers service.

Odd, I've only encountered one serious glitch in the entire game, is it an issue with just a handful of players or is it widespread?
