Didnt check if it fixed the resistance bug, but I have atleast installed it and havent seen anything getting worse, hehe. So if you already have 1.2 installed you might aswell get 1.3 too i think

Yes and yes. It has brought my game back to where it was supposed to be after 1.2, which is textures loading correctly with the game installed and everything else, like dragons and resistances, working normally.
