Yeah, I've heard Sergio will do it if you use King's favor to join the Kings or something, but I used it for the NCR without reading the other and screwed myself over.

As far as we know, hes the only one that cuts hair too. He will only cut your hair if you do missions for the King and as your one favor you ask to join the kings.
I needed the favor for an NCR mission.

Now i'm screwed. :shrug:

If your on PC, maybe showracemenu would work? Or does that only work on Oblivion ;)

That will work; Most of the console commands are the same.

HOWEVER.

On Oblivion when you did this, all your stats would reset. In New Vegas all your skills and perks reset.

OBJECTION!
If you kept the console open after you'd finished editing, then you can save your game instead of clicking 'done'
Don't know if it works the same way in 'Vegas though.
