Well to be fair most females wear these revealing clothes because most guys like seeing them wearing it.

Precisely. And as Kiralyn said, women wearing somewhat impractical outfits have been a part of fantasy for decades.

Still, it doesn't add to the immersion of the game, it just makes it seem like some male fantasy.

I know, that's the problem.

Well, then that breaks down to a matter of personal tastes. I think it would be interesting in game if you did have some revealing outfits and other women made comments, could even lead to radiant quests like how that one girl in the bunkhouse wants to embarass the other because of her "Dibellan" practices.

Just found something interesting. Couple peeps feel my armor isn't lore-friendly (follower). Welp I found some ugly looking forsworn female armor that's pretty revealing, only the female body is pretty terrible so that's probably a reason why it doesn't look as good (I modded the body to look better). Listen, there's plenty and I mean PLENTY of armors that really are stretching it, but with the mask/hood, cloak, this really isn't that bad lore-wise. I mean, remember Zena warrior princess? lol. http://images1.fanpop.com/images/image_uploads/Xena-Dangerous-Prey-Season-6-xena-warrior-princess-1213296_799_1200.jpg

And a big strong male nord running around in only fur shorts isn't some females fantasy?

A couple of revealing outfits are fine, just as long as it is A) not too over the top and B) civilian clothes, not heavy armor

Maybe the sixy armors could have a +5 disposition bump with certain men, (if they brought back disposition)

1. There's a lot of women out there that would kill for that body.
2. I like the way forsworn armor looks.

You see overly sixualized females far more than you see men.

Well as a female that plays a lot of fantasy games It doesn't really bother me that much. And there are some armor that are skimpy on guys too fur armor for example and Tsun's armor but unfortunately for me I don't have access to them  .

Oh snap, this is going to turn into an attribute discussion again :)

I'm always in favor of giving players more choices. Yeah, heavy armor should be just that, heavy armor. Though heavy armor doesn't need to hide the female form (like how steel plate armor doesn't) the revealing outfits should be relegated to light armor and clothing, I agree.

Well actually Forsworn armor and the Fur ones give more the Barbaric theme of Skyrim in my opinion.. ( Not like I wear them in the middle of Whiterun.. )

I'm sure you have good intentions and just wanted to share, OP, but these threads become cesspools of arguments fast. I prefer the PC version, but it isn't a good idea to make threads like this outside the PC, Creation Kit, and Mod sections of the Skyrim board because people always get angry or someone ruins the fun.

I just think it should be regulated to certain clothing.

I wouldn't say it's way overly sixualized. It's just, the female bodies in skyrim are all the same with no variation, and they aren't that curvy tbh. What's wrong with wanting a curvier follower? Zena warrior princess anyone?

Some woman are simply sixier than others, don't tell me I'm wrong. (lol)

What do you think the breakdown is gender-wise on who plays skyrim?

I agree, some women should be curvier than others, that's just nature, but it pisses me off when it gets out of hand, like how anime does.

People will say Nocturnal's robes are too revealing but have you guys ever seen what some women wear these days? I don't see the ES world as being a very conservative one.

well, i never saw a woman wearing anything like that. however, did you see, there is snow in skyrim - meaning that it must be cold there ;) and i also doubt when somone is playing around with sharp things, a such outfit is very....healthy :hehe:

So you're saying that tentacle [censored]-monsters are somehow going over the top?

yeah, It's cool, I just don't see what's so far fetched about a fast-moving lightly armored assassin like this. Who's to say she doesn't use her body's alluring effect as an advantage in fights? (lol). I mean.. how about this? sixy, and deadly, right? http://media.photobucket.com/image/recent/ariane179254/TheMummyStills/TheMummyReturns0035.jpg

Again, guys run around in fur shorts and seem to do fine. Plus, there's no armor damage in the game. :) Also, there's magic in the ES universe. Its the same thing in the DC universe how Wonder Woman's boobs never manage to pop out of that "armor" she wears.

Well, I agree. that's why I use bella's better females mod for face improvement details (I don't use those anime faces, that would be lame, imho).
