So I was exploring a cave called Glacial Cave and i stumbled upon an item called Kaarstags Skull. It was in the middle of the cave and there was basicly nothing else there. This object is obiously of some importantance. So I was just wondering if anybody knew what this item is and what exactly it does ? All replys will be appreciated, Thanks.
