Why is that everytime when a new patch comes, i get more crashes.

Anyway i am on 1.5.26
I am heading towards karthspire for the alduin quest. I had done this quest before but it is my 1st time doing it on 1.5.26
When i approach the forsworn camp, i get a 'skyrim has problem and needs to close'.

Reloaded a few more times, approaching from different areas, still crash.
I cant finish the alduin main quest like this. Is there a fix?

I disabled ALL mods and tried it. I dont use any texture packs or skyrim 2k or WATER or anything that alters terrain. I use ENB sharpshooter but its not the problem. It is not my hardware too because i only got this problem just now.
