Is there anyway to change the key binds to something else on the keyboard? Right now I'm not a fan of the whole Capslock Toggle walk/run cause when ever I presss it, my capslock indicator lights up red and its very distracting.

You could change it for Oblivion and Morrowind so probably.

I don't get to play with Skyrim 'till tomorrow. I'm buying it for PC. Is it possible Beth would not allow us to bind actions to the keys of our choice??
