I've seen a loading screen with a female khajiit holding a dagger with the blade facing outwards , is this specific to a certain blade? or race? or can you even do it atall ? would look really cool!.

Hi. I think this is the ebony dagger. You can get it from doing the dark brotherhood quests from killing a jester.

Yeahh i have that on another playthrough but its the same haha , its possible its limited by race as it wouldn't be the first time visuals have been limited by race , like the DB cowl only has a mask for Humanoid females haha

I don't think it's Ebony dagger. You can use a cheat ''player.coc qasmoke'' (without quotes) and explore around. However , be careful when opening Enchanted armours&weapons , as they can crash your game. If you want to get back , type player.coc Whiterun as there's no door to get back.
