Khal Drogo Build

Post » Tue Jun 12, 2012 1:22 pm

Need opinions. I've got the character built. Looks almost just like him. Now I need to know how to play.

Obviously light armor.

I plan to wear the fur armor without the shirt, and ONLY wear that armor.

Would he dual wield or use a shield? He doesn't really use weapons on the show, he simply dominates with his bare hands.

I am leaning towards dual wielding after I pick up a few of the CURVED...swords from some A'likr or a pirate.

Thoughts?

I would use a curved sword seeing that that's mostly his people use if role playing ride your horse every where. I remember when he got poisoned he had 2 daggers which he threw to the ground but I don't remember if he used them anytime before.

well sounds like you got it about right. Defiantly go with duel wielding the CURVED swords. you should also need to get a horse as early as possible and never get off it except for towns dungeons and battle. That and just kill everything you see.

Strictly from a roleplaying perspective, would he do any of the guild quests? He certainly doesn't seem like a thief, or an assassin really. Honestly it seems like I should just pick up a camping mod, live in the wilderness, hunt my food, and pillage and plunder for gold/items off of anyone who happens to get in my way.

I don't think the guilds would be good for you to do. id agree that the camping mods would be your best bet. also I think you should spend a lot of time killing the forsworn as their lifestyle kind of reminds me of the Lamb men lol.

Living in the wilderness sounds right, I couldn't picture him living in a house,,, also i'd leave doing the guild quests I think he'd be to independent to take instruction from others. As for the curved blades have you thought about the daggers you can get from some of the dragon priests, I think their called dragon daggers or someting. the damage on them is rubbish but if you're on the pc maybe you can use a mod to increase their damage

Well, that whole scene in the show wasn't in the books, for what it is worth.

Spoiler
Heck the guy he killed in still alive in the current book.

But definitely no shield (Shields are armor and armor is for the craven). And only Light Armor because what he really wears is more like Heavy Clothing.

Oh yea, you're gonna need a horse.

See what you think as I said the damage is poor and I dont think they can be improved by smithing but maybe with a mod?

I may use the Jaysus sword mod. They don't have anything that looks like an arakh, but it would give me some viable options.
