This ^^ has happened to me a few times,

seeing as I would with this many + murders:

ANYWAY, Its happened to me a few times. I kill someone, people see so I kill them. Then I get the "all whiteness' have been killed bounty removed" announcement in the top left corner of the screen. Then I go into town and guards attack me.

Anyone else have this happen? I mean if someone sees me kill the last witness, shouldn't I get another bounty? then id just have to kill more people. But I never get another prompt, so I assume its glitched. Yes?

I have experienced the chicken bug or animal where if they witness your crime even with all the humans killed they still count for some reason. Also the child voice chicken is hilarious when you kill a lone guard at night near the coops

I had this happened to me just a few minutes ago. A few Thalmor were walking the road escorting a prisoner out in the middle of nowhere. My follower and I killed the Thalmor and released the prisoner, thus removing the bounty. I go to town and the guard starts pelting me with arrows and I yield, he then asked me to pay the fine of what I just did. Highly annoying.

Yupp, had that as well. It says "no bounty, all witnesses killed", but the bounty stays. I also had another annoying glitch when reloading a savefile from before a deed would pretend I already did it. For instance I pickpocketed, got caught, reloaded (yes, yes, I know, but it wasn't like it sounds) but the guards were still coming for me and I had the bounty to pay.
