You can't kill her but you can convince her to get cured. (Although currently she keeps her amber eyes and Vampire quotes, although you can no longer ask her to turn you)

In my view, they should have had the DG leader as a tougher boss fight for vampires, instead they quickly shoved in a 'Lol kill dem leadurs at fort k?' quest after a series of boring, repetitive radiant quests.

Why would u want to kill her? Look at those eyes! She's frikkin beautiful, and the perfect companion for a vamp slayer. She's a good vampire. And u can just cure her.

Again, I'm amazed how you know this...
I highly doubt it seeing as what Serena's Mother(Forgot her name) said, Tamriel, even Nirn would fight back, to the point of Vampires being extinct.

Then there would be no Vampirism in future games, plus it is most likely they would not be able to revert the sun back.
Which would also affect future games.
