So i basically started a new character. I killed some witch in a cabin in the woods and I want to make that cabin my home. But there are some things that bother me. She is already dead, but all the drawers and chests still say "steal". Also, when i put stuff in the chest, it wil possibly teleport all my belongings into oblivion and refill itself with the low level crap that was in the chest before when I get back from my adventurers.

Long story short. Is there a mod that makes everything owned by a npc become "free" after the npc dies? And is there a mod that makes those containers owned by the npc free and "safe containers" that don't refill with crap and delete all your stuff?
