I had come across someone with a sig saying he plans to kill everyone he meets, and I took interest. My question is, will we be able to, or will the opponent get knocked out and get back up after he/she/it gets shot in the head multiple times? I'd heard in an interview that you could kill everyone, but is that really the case? I can't imagine being able to kill all people of the game, House, NCR president, BoS leader, CL leader.

Does anyone have a SOURCED answer?

I heard that everyone will be kill-able except for one person. Sorry i dont have the exact source but i read it in an interview.

So literally speaking no, you can't kill everyone in the game but (everyone - 1) is possible.
