I was reading through some forums with some very confused people, until I found one guy claiming that you have to be level 35 as well as having trained and bought from her shop a certain amount of times. Does he speak the truth? Has anyone actually married this woman to verify the story? The official guide-book says "complete favour", but then in the favours for the citizens of Riften section she's not listed. It's very unhelpful.

It looks like she originally replaced Sygja in Shor's Stone; obviously she doesn't in the finished game, and there is no way to marry her.
