labyrinthian level propstatic mesh missing

Second room from entrance has a small corridor to the left blocked off by rubble.
Sadly they forgot to finish it.

Its not the blue of the horizon, its just "editor space" empty nothingness.
Ive seen it before in my days as a gamer and level designer for many games.
Either something isnt loading correct, or just unfinished. (Missing a prop/mesh to cover it up)

I've seen this sort of thing in Fallout 3, New vegas and Oblivion. This isn't anything new.

I know, (duh) but still worth noting as its quite "in your face" and should be adressed when a env. Artist finishes his lunch a few minutes sooner than expected :P

Starting to think its a "bsp" glitch, meaning the complexity of polygons or unwelded vertexes (3d/editor stuff) lemme upload a new vid of the worst case i have come across so far.
