Post » Wed May 16, 2012 7:11 pm

im not sure if this is a "problem" or how the game is made, but i have only fought 2 dragons, the very first one and the 2nd one along the main quest chain............... i havent fought a "wild" dragon or seen them anywhere.. are they only in certain areas or what? playing on xbox if it makes a difference

You need to progress the main story. Did you watch Alduin resurrect the other named dragon with the woman/warrior, I think her name is Delphine? After that point, dragons can be found in the wild. They tend to be near the mountains.

Dragons appear in greater and greater numbers the further you go in the main story line. There are certain "static" spawns near dragon barrows and shrines, as well as a few roamers. Getting further in the story and gaining more levels is the best/only way to make more appear.

I found one flying around which I defeated, but apart from that, after 6 hours, nothing else.

Obviously the one in the main quest too.

Apart from the two during the main quest, the only other one I have seen is one flying around on the way to the Greybeards. It just flew about a bit and then went off. I'm only level 7. What is the quest you need to do to see the two other dragons?

I fought a wild dragon after encountering the very first dragon in the main quest. So it's probably a percentage depending on how far you are in the main storyline along with random chances. Or something.

they are related to your level. play on master and they'll rip you to shreds if you're not prepared
